This recipe provides a “classic” cold-brew profile with a heavy body, bittersweet notes, and low perceived acidity 
Ratio 1:15 (40 grams coffee, 600 mL water) 
Brew time 15 hours 
Using room temperature water, pour remaining 600 mL of water over 
coffee and allow to steep for 15 hours in the refrigerator

Brew Recipe: 
This recipe provides a delicate style cold brew with a lot of clarity in the tasting notes
Ratio 1:15 (40 grams coffee, 600 mL water) 
Brew time 15 hours 
Using med-coarse ground coffee, pour 80 mL of 200°F water over 
coffee and bloom for 1 min. Using room temperature water, pour 
remaining 520 mL of water over coffee and allow to steep for 15 hours in the refrigerator
