Brew Recipe: 
Ratio 1:15 (40 grams coffee, 600 mL water)
Kona, Hawai'i 
Brew time 15 hours 
Using med-coarse ground coffee, pour 80 mL of 200°F water over 
coffee and bloom for 1 min. Using room temperature water, pour 
remaining 520 mL of water over coffee and allow to steep for 15 hours in the refrigerator
 .
Tasting notes: delicate and tealike body, nutty, green apple, caramel, hint of cherry
